All members who fall 3 months or more in arrears (this means the 1st day of the 3rd month) are required to pay a $30.00 reinstatement fee in

The Ontario Provincial Building Trades are preparing for the next provincial election and require funding to launch ads in newspapers, radio, television and mailings to deliver information.
IBEW Local 894 shall contribute $30.00 per member from the General Fund to the Provincial Working Families political platform.
(This motion will be voted on at the January General Meeting by secret ballot.)
We have received several cards, emails and phone calls etc. from our retirees thanking the membership for the Christmas Gift and also for providing transportation etc, to the Local 353 Retirees Christmas Dinner. Everyone who attended the Local 353 dinner reported it was an excellent, well organized day and sincerely enjoyed the opportunity to be there.. The retirees wished all of us a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Annual Pension Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Local 894 facilities. All members
and their spouses are welcome. Refreshments provided.
On Wednesday, April 13, 2011 a special seminar on “Estate Planning” will be held at 5:00 p.m.
Topics on the agenda include Wills and Powers of Attorney. If you wish to attend you must register for attendance with Reuter
